Perfect cheesecake pan!

This pan is the classic size, easy to use and clean. The silicone bowl is genius for water bathing your cheesecake for a custard-like consistency. My first-ever cheesecake came out perfectly! It's helpful to have a long, narrow cheesecake spatula tool to remove the cake from the metal disc, since it has a little lip/edge around the bottom. Just be sure you don't press your crust into the bottom TOO firmly, which can make it stick (to any cheesecake pan).

The silicone sleeve makes all the difference n cheesecake

Makes all difference in cheesecake baking. Fill larger baking pan half full hot water and set your springform(with silicone already on it of course) into water n bake u get gourmet style cheesecake. Be sure to put silicone on before trying press crust into pan or pour in filling. Just easier I promise. No cracking , texture is fantastic. I’ve used it 3 different cheesecakes each slightly different recipe but not hugely different and oven at 325- 350 maybe on one and the water bath u can do with this silicone sleeve does wonders 10 stars
