It is exactly as described and seen. It is well-made, easy to clean, and use. It has many uses and functions, such as a baster and, flavor injector. There is no plastic, so this will last. It is well worth the money spent.

All of my adult cooking life I have had glass basters which work just fine but I always feel like I have to be so careful then handling them so they don't break. I was thrilled to find this Stainless Steel Turkey Baster set.The stainless steel baster measures 8" long without the silicone bulb. The stainless steel is very heavy duty - nothing flimsy or fragile here. One unique feature of this baster is the way the bulb attaches to the steel body of the baster. The baster has a groove all the way around the top and there is a small lip inside the bulb so when you push the bulb onto the baster, is nestles into the groove and stays firmly in place giving you piece of mind when using the tool knowing the top won't pop off while in use.The baster holds about 1.8 ounces of liquid at full capacity - 11 measured teaspoons to be exact. I noticed the base does get warm when using it with hot liquids but not overly hot.In addition to using this as a baster, the design allows you to attach two different nozzles to it's end so it can be used as a flavor injector - absolutely brilliant that they were able to combine the two tools in one. This is such a space saver in the kitchen. The injectors have covers on their very sharp ends - one has a needle nose for thin liquids and the other has a thicker, wider opening for thicker/chunkier liquids. Each of the injector types easily screw on and off of the tip of the baster. I have not used them yet but they will be getting a working during the holiday months.The set also includes a cleverly designed cleaning brush. The cone shaped brush has soft to the touch yet firm bristles and is terrific for cleaning the inside of the baster after use.If that's not enough, you also get an additional silicone basting brush with this set.This is a quality basting set that, so far, works beautifully and is a teriffic value for the price.
These were so small. Perfect for a child to play with but not realistic for adult kitchen with real food. I returned them. Will buy at a store not online. Pictures very deceiving.
This baster set is high quality and durable. It comes with everything you need to clean it and other items to help cook your turkey, whole chickens even beef roasts. It is easy to use and clean. And the best part is not having to worry about plastic and getting to hot and melting while basting your meat. I love it so much better than the basters I have used all these years. I plan on getting a set for each of my daughters that is how much I like this set. value for the money is good.
