A bit small for a 14-15 lbs turkey
Good roasting pan but was smaller than I thought. Tight fit for a 15 lbs turkey. It stains easily though. I’ve used it twice and parts of the sides have turned brown.

Great for preseasoning meat!
Picked this up so I can season and marinade meat before putting on smoker. The photo shows a pork shoulder and how much room you still have! Came with a tenderizer which I've never used but decided to and what a difference it made! The only issue I found was the handles. If the handles are completely limp, the tray won't sit flush on surface. The correction would be smaller handles and a slightly deeper dish. Though knowing this, I still would recommend.

Tried it out on a whole chicken, it’s a great pan
I like my pans no matter what they’re for, to be stainless so it has to kept shiny and clean so thatWhat I cook cooks without being burned. In this case it’s not cookies but I cooked a whole chicken which I stuffed. It was a large chicken, practically a small turkey so I put it in my new pan. I was used to using a 13 x 9 pan for many, many, many years and that’s no exaggeration. So at the age of 69 I am thrilled to finally own a roaster pan as I say it’s never too late. So as you can see I am pleased with the pan and the fact that with stainless it cleaned up very very easily and as long as I take good care of it, it’ll stay exactly like it is . Now…onto the accessories. I was surprised by the niceaccessories it came with. I’ve never owned those types of forks to pull a big item like a chicken out before I used two large forks the serving kind but this is different. These are going be great. Every time I cook something large like this chicken in fact, I did use them and I was really happy with how well they worked out for me. As far as the meat shredder, I did not try those claws that. Came with the set, but I’m sure they do a good job and also they included a nice gift that was definitely something usable and to buy what was a gift would cost five to $10 from my experience. If you have a serious cook in your family who could use a nice new pan for a roasting this is a really nice set for the price you’re getting a good value. The pan is sturdy and that’s the important part so no cheap tin disposable types and no 13 x 9 that I have to worry that the liquid is going to spill over. . No one should get excited about a roaster pan, but sorry I am. Treat yourself to a nice accessory for your cooking needs.
