Perfect goldfish. Easy to use and cleaning has not been too difficult overall. I bake sourdough crackers and this worked perfectly. It is time consuming to get them out but not too bad. I poke them with a chopstick and the poe gives them a little eye so it is a win win.

The cutter seems to be relatively good quality. I suspect mine was bent in shipping, since it came in just a paper envelope. Even though it doesn’t cut perfectly all the way through, I can manipulate the dough with my fingers to make the cuts. It came with only one brush, not two as stated in the description, but honestly, the brush is not all that helpful in cleaning. The best way I’ve found to clean the spaces between the fish is with my waterpik.
When using this cutter it is hard to get the goldfish shapes because it is so tiny. You will need a small object to gently poke them out. Luckily my pinky finger was small enough to gently poke them out. This was also difficult to clean however the brush they provided made it easier.
I’m excited to use this cutter to make my own healthy goldfish-style crackers for my kids. The stainless steel feels sturdy, and the size is perfect. It makes snack time fun, and the kids love the shape!

Didn’t work, maybe my dough was too sticky? The goldfish stamps are deep so when I try to push the dough through they fall apart. And dough gets stuck in between the goldfish stamps and it’s hard to clean. Just threw it away…
