This bowl has been great! It hasn’t broken yet! My only real comment about this is if you are shopping for one of these kitchen-aide bowls, make sure the bottom has a plastic or rubber gasket thing. I got one before with a only glass tread and it broke very quickly. Get this one, don’t make the same mistake I first made.

This pyrex glass bowl is great for use with my Kitchenaid mixer. I replaced the stainless bowl with this one. I can see the contents as I mix the ingredients. What an improvement! Also, the marked measurements on the side of the bowl help simplify the mixing process. The bowl has a bit of weight to it, but that is not a limiting factor to its use. I am very happy with the bowl.
I love this! The pour spout makes a big difference when transferring any liquid to another container. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it is not dishwasher safe. Admittedly, I would, typically, hand wash something that large, but not always. But, really, it’s great.
Bowl cracked within a week of having it i never used it in a mixer or anything. You can’t feel the crack but you can definitely see it’s cracked
Mine did not come with a lid like it has in this picture. But I love mine
It is a very handy and functional addition to my stand mixer. It has measurements on the side plus would also work with a hand mixer.
