PRODUCTS ARE GREAT, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FANTASTIC!
The product is exactly as described and works beautifully. I had ordered two of this item, and one had a small defect. I contacted the seller by email and was shocked to receive a reply so quickly. The replacement spatula/turner was sent almost as quickly as their email response. You can feel confident shopping with this business as they not only have great communication, but they stand behind their products with their 'Make it Right' policy.

Nimble, well-made spatula! Excellent customer service.
Very pleased with this turner spatula so far! The spatula head is a little smaller and narrower than the Tovolo silicone spatulas I have, but it's useful to have different sized spatulas at hand, for different cooking purposes. I use this on non-stick pans, to cook eggs (over-easy and scrambled), stir-fries, and pancakes. It's been great for all of those uses. In fact, due to the smaller size, I find it more nimble and dexterous than our larger Tovolo spatulas. Larger spatulas are of course better for turning larger items, but we rarely cook such foods - so I find myself reaching for the StarPack more often. Certainly the edge is not as thin as plastic spatulas, but I prefer that over eating melted plastic in my food! Also very impressed with StarPack's attentive customer service! Right after the order, I received an email from the co-founder thanking me for the order, with an attached PDF of cooking tips. That was nice enough, but when it turned out that my package never arrived (shipped from Amazon via USPS), StarPack didn't hesitate and very kindly and quickly sent a replacement, even though it was not their error.Have only had this for just over 1 month so far, so can't speak to longer-term durability, but it seems very well-made and high-quality. I am hoping the silicone won't crack or chip away (as our Tovolo spatulas have, despite gentle use). If it doesn't, this will be my favorite spatula ever!Definitely recommend, and would purchase again in the future.

I recommend !
We needed to replace some plastic / nylon turners that were fraying and peeling on the ends - I read a ton of reviews and we ended up ordering various shapes and sizes of turners from three different vendors on Amazon. This one is nice and heavy because of the metal frame inside - it feels substantial in your hand - it doesn't scrape in a way that would damage the bottom of nonstick pans but it is easy to move foods around in the skillet or on the flat iron as well as to get the leading edge underneath an omelet/egg or flapjack.I love the red color and the slots and the durability of it - and I appreciate the vendor/seller's commitment to 100% satisfaction. They've sent an email asking for feedback and I feel that they'd do whatever they needed to do to make it right if we did have a problem with this item - but so far it's fantastic and makes me realize that we should've replaced the old ones a long time ago. Thanks Matt / StarPack for the followup - I would order from this seller again in a heartbeat !

Making the Transition to Silicone THAT Much Easier
Our kitchen has welcomed many a utensil in our 35 years of marriage. Some are still going strong despite their age. However with the advent of the non-stick interiors of pots and pans these days and the beating they display as a result of using abrasive metal, nylon, and melamine utensils, we thought we might break old habits and "transition" to silicone utensils in an effort to keep the non-stick pan surfaces intact. My husband is a die-hard nylon spatula man, but even those left substantial marks on the pans - especially in light of his habit of always using HIGH heat and melting the nylon under duress.I grew weary of looking at melted nylon and cracked melamine spatulas, so I elected to purchase two of the STARPACK multi-utensil configurations, and additionally a few "extra" individual ones that we tend to use more frequently. I was drawn to them for their price point, versatility, and relatively good reviews. The metal reinforcement hidden inside of the high temp resistant silicone offered promise for sturdiness, function, and ease of cleaning, so I thought I'd give it a go.We have only been using the STARTPACK utensils for about three weeks, but we are very pleased thus far. The spoons, slotted spoons, bowl scrapers, pan scraper, whisk, and basting brush are sturdy, effective, well sized for use in our pots, and feel good in hand, well - with the exception of the smaller bowl scraper which I wish had the same smaller head but a handle that was an inch or two longer to facilitate emptying of jars. The biggest test came last week as I fried potato pancakes. We like them thin and crispy, hence a bit tricky to fry and flip due to their propensity to stick to one another, as well as their fragile, thin nature. During my marathon frying session, I am happy to report that I stuck with using the large flat STARPACK spatula during the entire frying process - meaning I didn't resort to grabbing my old metal spatula, which is quite surprising to me. The next test was frying eggs, which I found to be virtually effortless, requiring no "transition" at all. My husband is ALMOST ready to "part with" his favorite partially melted nylon spatula which is a remarkable feat in and of itself! From my perspective, the only caveat of these dark grey silicone utensils is that they come from my dishwasher awash in semi-transparent white spots (I have well water, use a rinse agent, and an ultra-dry heat setting). Now I'll admit that when I first spied the STARPACK utensils inside the AMAZON box, I wished they had been just a tad bit more on the BLACK side with regard to color, but I guess if they were any darker, the white spots would be even more defined.All-in-all, a good purchase and I would recommend to others.

My Husband Likes It -- and it's good to 600 degrees.
My husband has his own set of kitchen tools because he likes to get his pans hot-hot-hot before he uses them, then rests his tools on the rim. I do Not like having a bunch of divots in tool handles, so he is not allowed to touch mine -- he has his own. His favorite was one of those old black plastic Ekco ones, but when all the hoohah about cancer causing material came out, I replaced it with this one. He likes it and is very pleased with having the newest, best looking, flippin'est, spatula in the drawer. And here's hoping that the 600 degree tolerance will keep it pretty and divot free for years to come.

Perfect size, easy to clean
I've tried other silicone spatulas but most of them were to large and awkward to use in smaller pans. This one is just the right size for all pan sizes. It's also much easier to clean than the wood spoon I had, I can just toss it in the dishwasher.
