Superb Entry Level Grinder for Espresso at Home
Fantastic value grinder for espresso and aeropress brews. I did remove the anti-popcorn shroud as a few beans can get stuck on it and I enjoy seeing the burrs. Simple to unscrew the top off to gain access to the burr set. I do recommend purchasing a nicer dosing cup as the one that comes holds grounds, but is too large for 51mm portafilters. Note that the power adapter does have a large wall wart. Slow speeds around 300-400 RPM, so it takes 20-30 seconds to grind 20g of coffee beans. Great upgrade from hand grinding or a cheapo conical burr grinder!

Excellent Value - Real Espresso Capability at This Price Point
I've been roasting specialty coffee for over a decade and use various grinders professionally. After several weeks with the E55Pro, I'm genuinely impressed with what you're getting at this price.Build & Design:The construction feels substantial - this isn't a cheap plastic grinder dressed up with marketing. The 55mm titanium conical burrs are the real story here. That's burr sizing that used to be reserved for grinders well above this price range.Grinding Performance:Grind consistency is where this grinder earns its keep. I'm primarily using it for espresso, and the stepless adjustment system gives you the precision needed to actually dial in shots properly. No frustrating preset steps - just smooth, infinite adjustment. I can make micro-changes and see the results in extraction. The anti-static system is effective enough that grounds fall cleanly into the catch cup without excessive mess. Retention is low (under 1g in my testing), which matters if you're single-dosing like I typically do.It's also legitimately quiet - significantly quieter than many grinders in this range. Burr access for cleaning is simple and tool-free.Who This Is For:If you're upgrading from a blade grinder or entry-level stepped grinder and want legitimate espresso capability, this delivers. It's not a commercial-grade machine, but for home use, the grind quality competes with grinders 2-3x the price.Bottom Line:This is the kind of grinder that makes espresso at home actually enjoyable rather than frustrating. For the price, it's a strong value proposition. Recommended.

Works well for espresso
It has been running smoothly with low noise and near zero retention. Calibrated at 55, I normally got 18g of fine ground (medium roast) in 30s then pulled up great shots. The only reminder is that you should pick up the dosing cup and hold it closest to the sprout when pressing the silicone bellow. It helps minimizing the mess.

Better than some, but they need to go back to the drawing board
Just got this yesterday as a replacement for one slightly cheaper, but the steps were too large. We’ll probably do the job, but the calibration is way off. Going to end up, wasting a lot of beans trying to tune this one. After grinding even with the Bellows, it retains a lot of coffee. The anti-popcorn is not removable, which makes this thing impossible to clean without removing the four bolts, which I’m sure will change your settings.

No More Messy
The innovative anti-static technology ,leaving my countertops impeccably clean. The generous 30g capacity is ideal for preparing multiple cups at once, whether I'm brewing for myself or guests. I've been particularly impressed with its consistent grind quality, which produces perfectly uniform grounds
