I have a variety of steak knives, including a couple of “big name” sets. I wanted extra, inexpensive ceramic knives for a house steak party. These are better than the “expensive” steel knives. Sharp, good hand feel for all of our guests.
Sharp, cuts right through steak. Very impressed but more so that my picky husband was impressed.Bummer that they’re not dishwasher safe but definitely not a deal breaker. A little smaller than I expected, but still feel sturdy and well made. I like that each has its own cover.
Very sharp but the handles best fit smaller hand sizes. They are still very usable.
Throw out those old metal steak knives. These ceramic steak knives are super sharp and make cutting any sort of meat a breeze. Thing cuts, against the bias, whatever. You will not be disappointed.
These knives are incredibly sharp and hold their edge well. The quality is excellent. With a pack of these, I always have a sharp knife to use.
I have been looking for a good set of knives for years. Everything I get seems to tarnish, rust, or the handles crack. When I got these knives for Christmas of 2024 I was excited. After using them for the first time I thought these are the knives I have been looking for! They are super sharp and they cut great! I really loved them.I wanted them to stick around for a long time so I meticulously follow the washing instructions. They get cleaned immediately after use, dried, and returned to their holders.However, after about 45 days they started falling apart! The blades started getting loose in the handles. Now about 60 days after purchase two of the blades have fallen out. I can stick it back in the handle but it keeps falling out and other blades are moving in their handles too. I'm very disappointed.
These are very sharp and handy knives in contrast to the metal ones I had to sharpen every time I use them. I’m very satisfied with him and may soon be ordering another set.
