Great knife set
The Steak Knives Set is an excellent addition to any kitchen. With sharp, shiny blades and a well-balanced design, these knives have become a daily essential in my kitchen. They fit comfortably in the hand and cut with precision, enhancing the dining experience.I do suggest investing in a knife sharpener to maintain their sharpness over time. However, there's a minor issue to consider - they can develop rust stains on the blade if not properly cared for. Despite this, the quality and performance of these knives are great. I highly recommend this set.

Thin but best at cutting, can be sharpened, and have been durable so far
Update: I decided to keep these and boy am I glad I did. These cut better than all the other steak knives I own. Not that I own very expensive ones, but still, they are very good. They cut everything like butter and the thin tips have not broken or bent to this point (pun intended). They can be sharpened, though I have not had to sharpen them as of yet.Old Review: I was surprised how thin these knives were. It seems the tips will damage very easily. You can flex them easily with your hand. I liked that they had a straight edge, they looked nice and were very sharp, but I could not see them lasting long, as they seem very delicate. I am returning these. I ended up getting the IsheTao Steak Knife Set (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072B81PLD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1). While they are serrated, they are thicker, sturdier and have a little more heft to them.I ended up returning the IsheTao as they did not cut as well as these

Ultimately decent. Forks are junk and you'll want to sharpen the knives, otherwise great!
The knives are great. Light weight so easy for my 8yo to use. They weren't very sharp so I had to sharpen them. I cut a lot of tomatoes. Can't use a dull blade for that. The forks are good for kids, but they are very thin and bend super easy. I immediately went and got a different set of forks cause these just weren't decent quality, but honestly I only bought this set for the knives so I really didn't care. I just wanted a matching set of good quality knives and my old forks had plastic handles so it was time for all silver tones. 😁

Sharper is better
We were fed up with the serrated edged knives. They just didn't cut well. The first attempt at cutting into a pork loin with the Umogi steak knife SLICED right through the meat. Almost zero effort on my part. Nice and sharp, good looking finish and style. They should last quite a while. A good value.

Lightweight and Perfect for My Family
It seems like purchasing knives is so complicated. I have had my serrated Chicago Cutlery knives for over 20 years. They aren't the kind that you can sharpen at home, and I haven’t invested in professional services. The first thing I noticed when holding the Umogi knife is how lightweight it is and stainless steel throughout. This is in contrast to my Chicago Cutlery that have a steel blade and wooden handle. One continuous piece! My adult daughter has low muscle tone and has never been able to cut her own food. This knife is light enough for her to use and it cuts easily. Because I read that they could be sharpened at home, I tried it out. The blade that I sharpened was sharper than what they are coming out of the box. This is ideal for tougher cuts of meat, or raw meat, but for cooked meat at a meal, it is ideal. I have used these not just for meat, but for cutting fruit. I would never think of doing that with the bulky Chicago Cutlery knives I own. These would be a great gift. They are cleanly packaged and safely covered with a small plastic tip cover. They are dishwasher safe, but handwashing is recommended so any moisture can be wiped off the blade to prevent rust. Overall, very impressed and just what I needed.

Not very stainless and a little lighter than I expected
I bought these in August, 2023 and initially thought they were OK, but after using them 3 or 4 times in 6 months I have discovered that they are not very stainless. We wash them in the dishwasher, as we do all our knives, and they come out with rust spot on the sharpened edges. I know purists would never put knives in a dishwasher, but none of our other knives, treated the same way, get rust on them. They looked like nice knives but I expected them to be a little heavier. They are pretty light, which may be OK, but they just lack the feel of what I'd expect when picking them up. They are sharp and seem to hold an edge, but the rust is a deal breaker. I guess you get what you pay for..

Everything they claim - but they rust :(
I've had these for over a year now, and found them to be well performing knives for the price; balanced, sharp, sturdy and attractive. Only problem is that they rust when run through the dishwasher (and yes, I use heated dry cycle!). If you wash everything by hand, they're a great value - if you use the dishwasher not so much.
