I would definitely recommend these knives! I had gotten tired of dull knives that tear up meat when slicing, but I was unwilling to spend ridiculous huge prices on a single steak knife. I finally took a chance on this set, and I have been both surprised and very satisfied. These knives are extremely sharp, they cut fine, even, neat slices. They are easy to handle and do not require a lot of hand strength to use. I have only had them for a short time, so I do not know if they will remain sharp, but so far I have used them on pork, beef, chicken, fish and steak. I have been surprised at how easily they cut meat into even and neat slices, without any trace of the tearing or ragged edges that I have had with other knives. The knives are substantial and good quality, easy to use, well packaged. They are expensive but reasonable priced. They clean very easily. I am very satisfied with this product.

Really sharp knives and hard steel. I feel like these will stay sharp for a long time. Instructions say it isn’t safe to wash in the dishwasher. I would be careful there. Value for money definitely there. Nice weight.

Well balanced, full tang, feels good in your hand, let’s you index your finger easily, handle is smooth and sturdy. Sliced sirloin like it was nothing, with one pass, no sawing back and forth was necessary. Beautiful Damascus blade. Very, very sharp…I stabbed my finger, barely touching the point, as I was trying to put the point protector back on, which came with each of the 6 knives I bought, and in nice sturdy box. I would recommend ONLY hand-washing them. And they were very affordable, especially since there was a coupon on it, as well as some Amazon points taking off a bit more. I’m very satisfied and so is my husband, who will use them even more than me.

Quality Steak Knife

Had our first steak dinner with the knives. The knife is very sharp and cut through the steak with no issues. It feels like a quality knife with good weight and balance. The branding information on one side of the blade is obvious but doesn't bother me in using the utensil. The etched writing could be smaller or less obvious for some clients. Will see how long the sharpness lasts on the knives. I did purchase a wooden block for six knives and wish it came with one; even if it added to the cost.
