Best Knife set I have owned and there have been many!
Okay first off these are gorgeous in person! They are beautifully made the whole set is just amazing quality, everything including the block is fantastically well done. The blade is razor blade sharp, sturdy but also quite thin in a suburb design, they are holding their edge very well. The value for the money is rediculously good! the feel of the grip in your hand when you are using them is unparalleled the most comfortable and well preforming knife set I have gotten over the years and I have had many. The shear Utility of these knives is outstanding. Do yourselves a favor and get a set.

I’ve tried plenty of steak knives over the years, but these Steak Knives are in a league of their own. As good as Miyabi knives, Clean cuts, Sharp, and Stylish!
Bought these steak knives to have alongside my high-end Japanese Miyabi Kaizen Knife Block Set. While these knives are certainly in a different class, they look fantastic alongside the Miyabi knives, but at a fraction of the cost. They are exceptionally sharp and with an inexpensive knife sharpener they are easy to keep as sharp as new, since they are a straight blade, not serrated. They cut through meat with ease and with a perfectly clean edge, chicken, pork, even lean steak, no tearing of the meat at all. They have a good comfortable weight in the hand and the wood handles are beautifully finished. I have been using them for about 4 months and can't recommend them more highly, great value for the price!

Most steak knives have serrated edges. They work great for a while, but they are very difficult to sharpen properly for the average user. I like these type because even thought they do dull after a bit, I can easily sharpen them.These knives are solid and sharp. They come with a knife block, and they look fantastic. Considering what a block alone costs, these are a really good value. I'm a sucker for good looking kitchen knives, and these don't disappoint. They effortlessly cut through steak, and I've only had them for a couple months, but they're still extremely sharp. My family uses them multiple times a week. Excellent product.

Sharp, thin steak knives are nice
Not what I expected. Smaller than what I thought, very pointed and thin, not terrible, just not a husky handle or blade. Sharp and attractive yes. If they don't start rusting they'll be used and fair enough. I'll keep, but any rust and they'll go. Should have got the 4 pack instead of 6 and save a few dollars. You may like them, try them, they are pretty. Shopping was fast, set in cardboard for security.

They have a very sturdy feeling in your hand, even prior to use. They are ultra sharp, made with a high carbon stainless steel, which prevents rusting and are also dishwasher safe. The Damascus pattern on the knives make for a very stylish setting on the table. With a non-serrated blade there is no tearing of what you are slicing. They effortlessly slice steaks, roasts, ham, tomatoes, etc. One of the basic tests for checking the sharpness of a knife is to slice a ripe tomato. These knives are so sharp you can slice a tomato unbelievably thin. So thin, in fact, you will need two slices to even taste the tomato! These are absolutely the very best steak knives I could find, especially for a set of eight for around $60. Enjoy your steaks, now with the perfect steak knife!
