Elegant Look, Soft Velvet Texture

I used this wallpaper on the back panels of a bookcase to add a bit of texture and contrast. It has a soft velvet feel and the light grey color gives off a muted, slightly warm touch. Installation was mostly straightforward, but lining up the mottled pattern across panels took some trial and error. It helped to use a smoother to press out air pockets as I went. I wouldn’t say it’s heavy-duty, but it does feel thicker and more resilient than basic contact paper. I also appreciated that it didn’t have any strong odor right out of the package. It worked well for a low-traffic decorative area, though I’m not sure how it would hold up on frequently used surfaces.

Looks nice. Soft to the touch—reminds me of suede.
