Why did you pick this product vs others?:Love these--I liked the price and look of them better than others and the size. I use it on the kitchen counter by the sink and under our dogs' waterfountain. They dry quickly & are very absorbent.

I really hate having to put down towels and doing dishes and having it all soak towels then sop into my granite countertops. It's just gross. It is incredible how these diatomaceous earth slabs suck up huge amounts of water and then dissipate it. This comes as a two slab set, and I bought two orders. I laid out all four and set to doing the dishes that really can't go into the dishwasher.We stood in amazement watching the water pool, then get sucked up and vanish. The size is great, especially since I bought two sets to have four stones that can accommodate all my hand-wash only kitchenware. I love the look of these and the swirls carved into them to create channels for absorbing water. The quality is really good, I'm very, very satisfied. I'm now a huge fan of diatomaceous earth!
Awesome pad to try my extra dishware! Perfectly absorbs water rapidly and keeps surfaces dry.
The only thing I don't love about this is the dusty sort of mess it leaves behind when sanded. This thing sits on my countertop as a staple place for hand washed single dishes. I gave the other one to a friend and they are using it similarly.
I was impressed with how well this works - doesn’t smell and dries extremely fast. Doesn’t slip or slide around and they are relatively lightweight. So far so good - no stains. Would purchase again.
Work well. Only using 1 at this time. Dry super fast. Does not mark up counter.
