Love the mat
I ordered this because I have a large drying mat in my kitchen made of the same material, and I love it. The diatomite stone in that mat has held up to a lot of use, and it still looks good and dries quickly. It hasn't chipped or discolored, either, so I'm a believer in the stone mats.I've had a fabric faucet mat around my kitchen sink for a long time, and it worked fine, but it didn't always stay in place, and it didn't dry quickly. This mat solved both those issues and looks good doing it.Thanks to the little rubber stick-on feet (which are included for you to apply), the mat doesn't move around, and there's a small gap under it so that it won't trap water. Since it's in two pieces, it's very easy to remove one or both and wipe the counter under them if needed. The roughly 16" x 4" size works well for me, as it's not crowded up against the wall or interfering with the other items I keep by my sink. I would actually prefer it to be an inch or two longer on each side, but I knew the dimensions when I ordered it. It's heavy enough to stay in place, but still easy to lift and reposition when needed.It's kind of amazing how fast water dries on the stone. Having one of these mats is much better than having a countertop around my faucet that is always wet. The grey color looks good on my granite countertop, and the grooves in the mat add a nice aesthetic touch. I haven't found anything to dislike about the mat, and I think it's a good value.

Absorbs Quickly
Having had other stone products, I was excited to get this kitchen faucet stone mat. If your home has hard water, you need one of these stones. I’ve been using mine for several weeks now and love it. My faucet is not flat at the base, it’s raised so I wasn’t sure how this mat would work. It’s sits on top of the raised part of the faucet. It’s in 2 pieces and you just put them together around the base. I can now clean my faucet to get the hard water stains off and have all the water splashes hit these stone pieces. It absorbs so fast. Just wipe it down to clean and reuse it. Came with a pad to scrub it but I just have been using a damp sponge. I like the stone concept over and other type of mats because these will last many many years. Solid stone. Awesome

Diatomaceous Earth is Game Changer/Water Absorber/Mildew Preventer...
Where has this been all my life! So I have a tiny kitchen sink with a sprayer faucet attachment. EVERY TIME anyone does anything in the sink EVERYTHING gets wet. This Mat will absorb EVERY DROP of water it comes into contact with and prevents the growth of mold/mildew too.Make sure you measure your space before purchasing this item. I eyeballed the left side of my sink and made the best choice of size. I did NOT take into account the right side of the sink has that built in soap dispenser pump though. The right half of the mat did not fit. I was sad, BUT DETERMINED! So I have removed the soap dispenser from the sink so the mat can sit flush to the counter around the faucet. The back of my sink lives its driest life ever! If you want to class up your diatomite mat, you can put the clear little nonskid silicone feet on the bottom to prevent contact with the counter underneath. It will look elevated, however know that the mat will only absorb the water it touches, so if water gets under the mat (if you use the feet) it will NOT create a satisfying desert of dryness around your faucet.

Gorgeous look and functional diatomaceous mat that will save me time cleaning my kitchen sink
Finally there’s a solution to absorb water around the kitchen sink faucet!Years and years I dreaded to clean the water that got trapped by the faucet on the countertop because it’s just gross.Well, not anymore!I don’t have to stress about it because the natural material in the diatomaceous earth will make the water disappear like a magic trick!We have replaced the shower mat from the shower with the same type of material and it works beautifully!The color order was the white option and you judge for yourself but I think it looks so elegant and chic but it’s not only for looks, it’s functional.While I was placing it for the first time I scuffed the edge accidentally somehow and since it comes with a sanding paper I was able to sand it off and the scuff completely disappeared.So, not only the mat will save me from more time cleaning but when it comes to clean the mat itself I know the sanding paper will work too.You cannot go wrong with this and for the price it’s absolutely worth it.I’m glad they have a grey color option too if that matches your countertop better.I decided to be place the rubber feet that came with it and I just love the look.My only recommendation is to check and measure your countertop to make sure it will fit. The width is roughly 4” and mine was just exactly that so it sits kind of flush, lucky, right?!

ITTIDYYD Stone Faucet Mat for Kitchen Sink
this review is for the ITTIDYYD Stone Faucet Mat for Kitchen Sink. I ordered it in size 15.7x4" in white color. The white color is a matte chalky white. The stone thin and lightweight but doesn't feel fragile. This set includes the mat made of diatomaceous earth, a couple of sticky rubber feet, and a piece of sandpaper for cleaning stains. The mat comes splits into 2 pieces with a 2.5" diameter hole in the middle that will accommodate most kitchen faucets.This mat does a fantastic job of absorbing water that drips off your hand when you go turn off the faucet. I still recommend shaking your hands before reaching for the faucet handle but this mat will absorb any drips and then self dry quickly. The self drying properties of this stone work very well. It'll dry off overnight even if you pour a bunch of water on it. This is great at preventing mold or mildew buildup and works significantly better than any fabric or silicone mat. I only wish this mat were slightly bigger than 4" deep because my faucet is located further back and this doesn't completely cover my counter
