Solid Everyday Pan, Looks Good, Fair Value for Money
This pan lands right in the “decent, reliable, does what I need” category for me.First impression was good. It has a nice weight to it without feeling flimsy, and it doesn’t feel like a brick either. The stainless steel looks clean and polished, and the clear glass lid actually matches the rest of my cookware really well, which I appreciate that. It looks good sitting on the stove. It heats evenly and does a good job for everyday cooking. I’ve used it for sautéing, sauces, and one-pan meals, and it handles all of that just fine. The deeper sides are especially useful for anything that splashes or simmers. The hybrid surface works best when you take a second to manage your heat. If you rush it or crank things too high, food can stick a bit, but once you get the feel for it, it behaves well. The handle stays comfortable, and the lid fits nicely, though it does fog up while cooking.Overall, this feels like a fair value for money pan. It looks good, feels well made, and fits in easily with other stainless cookware. It’s not a standout “wow” pan, but it’s solid, versatile, and does the job without frustration. If you want a good-looking, everyday sauté pan that works across all cooktops and doesn’t feel cheap, this one makes sense.

Frying Pan that is Safe!
This is a fantastic frying pan! This Sunhouse pan is 4.2 quarts and extra deep. I love that stuff stays in the pan instead of easy sloshing out of the pan.It is made of 18/8 stainless steel and it is dishwasher safe so it is easy to use, durable and easy to care for.It has a PFOA free non toxic surface and my favorite part is it has the hybrid non stick technology where recessed metal hexagons are set into the surface of the pan. This helps to conduct heat, alliws me to safely use my non toxic stainless steel utencils and prevents the non stick interior from flaking out in 6 months! It makes this a very durable pan! Oh, and it keeps butter in place too instead of seeping to one side! The handles are stay cool and comfirtable and strong. The glass lid fits snugly in the pan , has a great handle and is made of tempered see through glass so you can see what you are cooking.I love that I can use this on any type of normal cooking surface! ,I can bring it with me to our rentals!I tried cooking scrambled eggs from my chickens. No sticking, no need to add oil and perfectly cooked eggs!A great value and I love it!

Good Pan, Annoying Sticker Placement
This pan has been a good addition to the kitchen. I like the hybrid design and the fact that it doesn’t rely on the forever-chemical style coatings. It heats evenly and the size works well for most meals I make for my family. It’s big enough to handle a full pan of food with room to spare. The only real issue I had has nothing to do with cooking. For some reason (I have no idea why companies insist on doing this), the branding label was stuck directly onto the cooking surface inside the pan. Of course it didn’t peel off cleanly and just shredded into little pieces, so I had to sit there and scrape it off bit by bit. You’re going to wash a new pan anyway, but putting a stubborn sticker right on the cooking surface makes no sense.Once that was dealt with, the pan itself has been great. If not for the sticker situation, this would have been an easy five stars.

Good Pan With Some Ups and Downs
This pan does some things well and some things just okay, so three stars feels fair to me, because the stainless steel body feels strong and safe for cooking and the patterned surface looks like it should help protect the nonstick layer, which I think may help it last longer and not rust, and the heat spreads pretty evenly most of the time so food cooks without burning in one spot, but it can still take a little practice to get the heat just right, especially on higher settings, and while the deep sides are very helpful for making sauces, cooking bigger meals, and keeping splashes from going everywhere, the pan itself is a bit heavy, which makes lifting and pouring harder for some people, even though the handle stays comfortable and does not get too hot on the stove, and the glass lid is nice because it fits well and lets me see the food while it cooks, but it can fog up quickly, and while the pan works on all stovetops and can go into the oven, which adds to its usefulness, cleaning it is not always as easy as expected since some food can stick if you are not careful, even though it can go in the dishwasher, and for the price I think it offers decent value but not an amazing deal, because it feels solid and useful but not perfect, so overall it works, it looks good, and it should last a while, but it also has small issues that keep it from being great.

Excellent hybrid everyday pan that works for everything
I’m usually skeptical of cookware that promises “chef-level performance” without the chef-level price, but this tri-ply stainless steel sauté pan mostly lives up to the hype. With the even heating there are no hot spots and no babysitting food to keep it from burning. Perfect for sautéing veggies, searing chicken, or making sauces, the heat is steady and predictable, which is exactly what you want when you’re cooking quickly and juggling a million things. The pan is well made and nicely weighted, not flimsy, not very heavy either. It holds heat well and works on all cooktops, including induction, without fuss. The glass lid is built nicely, I don’t worry about it breaking, it’s very sturdy.Cleanup is otherwise easy for stainless steel, and food doesn’t cling badly, it performs well and cooks evenly.Disclosure: This review is part of Amazon’s Vine Program, which provides products at a reduced cost in exchange for honest reviews (taxed as income).
