I needed a decent knife when my son moved out and took his really really good knife - I don’t have knife mastery skills like I should but - really terrible at cubing, dicing and paring stuff - more like an impatient chopper than anything else - but this knife is really quite nice. Sliced the chuck roast in lovely thing slices and used it for dicing up some chicken. I cook quite a bit so this knife will get use (really just lazy when knifing stuff - impatient). It felt odd - more because of the blade being ‘square’ not tapered and I do have to remember to hold it properly so I don’t end up at the ER- yes - it’s very sharp. Took me a few days to realize the handle was shrink wrapped (😬). Seems to have nice weight to it

I’m in love with this knife. Like, seriously. I used it to de-bone a couple of turkeys, and it slid through the meat and skin like I was cutting butter. It’s well-made, with a comfortable handle and that beautiful Damascus steel pattern. Great blade for the price I paid. I will definitely be shopping this brand in the future.
