My fiance loves it

It doesn't like bones, they dull it quite a bit but I guess they would dull any knife. It is his pride and joy in the kitchen. Bought for my dad. He almost cut his finger off.

Be careful giving these as gifts to people who haven’t ever cooked with a sharp knife before. I warned my dad up and down that it’s razor sharp and not like any of his other knives, but he didn’t understand how easily it cuts through anything under it.Fantastic knife, but most people don’t know to respect razor sharp kitchen knives. I’ll be buying cut proof gloves next time i get one as a gift.
