The holy grail knives!

These knives blew me away!I cook....A LOT! Self proclaimed chef by my family. I can cook any nationality dish and I really enjoy making gourmet cuisines but if you don't have the right tools.... it can be miserable. A great knife is the most important thing for me in the kitchen as I don't use mandolins or any chopper.... everything is cut by hand.I've bought a few knife sets in the past, I'm kind of obsessed with a good quality knife. I thought my knives before were sharp, I keep them sharpened. Nope!These are the sharpest, smoothest knives I've ever owned and I've spent hundreds on knife sets, brands that are supposed to be the best. They do not come close to these knives. They cut through everything so smooth and easily with hardly any pressure needed. I purposely over ripened a tomato to see if it would smash.... no it glides through like it's warm butter.Also, the weight is perfect! I think a good knife with good steel has a little bit of weight to it and these do. Not heavy but not so light that they feel like aluminum.I want to add that I did have a small issue and the company immediately solved the problem. Great customer service!The only knives I will ever buy from now on will be Sunnecko and my daughters are also buying these knives.

Ridiculously Sharp

I bought these on sale to try them out. Always wanted a high quality multi-folded Japanese knife. When they're new they're so sharp you can literally cut your finger off without trying. The best thing to do to keep the edge is buy a high quality honing rod. Use the knife and then just a couple of passes on the rod and the knife stays like new. You do have to keep up on them. Do not throw them in the sink or the dishwasher. If you use a knife you should clean it, hone it, and put it away and they'll last forever.
