This is a very nice knife, it looks great and feels great. I was somewhat disappointed, however, that it needed to be sharpened upon arrival. Now that it has been, it’s great. This is a great price for a very good product. The smaller format Santoku style blade with the granton edge scallops to release sliced food - a great addition to my kitchen knives.
