this thing is amazing. I got the small one, 8 pound, cooked a ham in 2 hours. all I did was add water to the bottom of the trivet, added cloves, and turned on to 325 F. it was soooooo tender. highly recommended by me.
I’m really happy with this roaster oven! It heats evenly and cooks meat incredibly tender and juicy — my first roast came out perfect without needing much attention. I also love the self-basting lid, it really helps keep everything moist while cooking.It’s lightweight, easy to clean, and the size is great for family meals or hosting.If you want something simple, practical, and reliable for everyday cooking or holidays, this roaster is definitely worth it!

Great roaster. The reason I rated it 4 is because my turkey cooked perfect but the skin did not crisp and the bird cooked so well it fell completely off the bone🥰. Very juicy but not great for presentation. So if you don't need to bring a pretty bird to the table this roaster is truly a 5
I used this roaster oven to cook chicken with potatoes and veggies — everything came out juicy and evenly cooked. Even though it’s compact and easy to store, it has the same power and heat level as a large oven. The removable pan and rack make cleaning easy. I’m planning to roast a turkey in it for Thanksgiving and will update my review after that!
Awesome cooking device.I am amazed how many things this roaster can cook to perfection. Having a very large roaster and not using it much due to it's size, this 8 quart roaster is perfect.
