Great for making iced tea
This is a great product and has saved me a ton of money. I love being able to brew my own iced tea and not having to buy bottled tea anymore. I just brew a batch refrigerate then pour it in my swell bottle. So I am saving money and the environment. The only thing negative I have to say about the brewer is the flip up top where you put the water and tea warps a little and doesn’t seat well after it first heats up. I fixed it by putting a rubber band around the top to hold it down while brewing. The manufacturer should come up with a more permanent fix. Still I give it a 9 out of 10

it works OK, but does not feel that well made
over all it make fine tasting ice tea. i like many other has the lid warp due to heat, so it is not able to lock down. the whole tea maker part feels flexible and flimsy. i like the tea basket fine and it is easy to empty the used leaves, but that also has a handle that is flimsy and can come apart. i also feel that the glass pitcher could break, so i usually put a little water in the bottom so that i don't have an issue with it cracking when hot tea hits cold glass and i add ice cubes by hand and so that i don't crack it with ice dropping in and hitting the glass.all of the said i use it daily and it makes good tasting ice tea. since the tea comes in from center of the top of the pitcher, i can use other pitchers if needed. the Mr Coffee ones that i can't get anymore and that this replaced, needed special pitchers that fit with the spout or a special ice tea making top. i hope the machine itself holds up well, so that if something happens to the pitcher i can continue to make ice tea in other pitchers i have.

Looks nice, but not worth the hassle.
This product looks very nice upon arrival, the first one received did not work. It would turn on, act like it was working and would never actually brew coffee, after talking with Amazon, using the tips from the manual and from the website it seems as if the pump was broken. A replacement was sent and a few pieces were missing right off the bat. All in all- returned two separate products and will not be trying a third.

I like it but...
This is an honest review from someone who paid for the item.This tea maker has pros and cons. I like making one glass of tea and not having to put a whole pitcher in the fridge. It has a lever for variable strength- sometimes I want really strong, sometimes I don't. If you use a cup other than the one it comes with, it has to be a straight up cup to fit under the spout of the machine and not spill onto the counter. Yeti 20 oz Rambler did not work. I make it in the cup it comes in and then pour into the Yeti 20 oz Rambler.Sometimes I like putting a slice of lemon in the brew basket when making tea.Unfortunately it broke on the 4th use so I'm returning. There seems to be a piece missing where the liquid comes out so now liquid pours right through instead of steeping the tea first. ???But I liked it enough to try again.
