I will make numerous pizzas, then freeze them to have on hand. I ordered this electric pizza oven because the other pizza ovens I have are gas and have to be used outdoors.This arrived during the busy holiday season, and didn't have time to make all of my pizzas. I'm going to make dozens of pizzas next week. So I only tried this on one of my frozen pizzas. That temp is much lower than making fresh pizzas.This came with pretty good instructions, which is appreciated. But there's a small learning curve. Like after it preheats, you still have to push start. Holding the buttons for seconds, instead of just touching it.The unit has THICK walls and door/window. (Love the big window!) You still need space around/above it. I found the hinge on the door is a little firm, where when I was opening the door, the unit tipped up just from pulling the door down. But I do like the firmness, so the door stays where you want it and it doesn't fall down or snap shut on you.This seems to be made well and is easy to use. Being portable is ideal. Not too heavy either. Lighter than a microwave. You can use it outside, as long as it's protected from the environment. Not to be kept outside. The stone is thick enough and smooth and Fits perfectly, wall to wall. The stone is large. A large size pizza will it.I love the light inside! It's bright. You can clearly see how your pizza is baking.This isn't much different in size than a large toaster oven. Which I have. I do not intend to use this to make anything but pizza. If I find I want to make other food, like steaks, I would make them in a pan and not on the stone.I'm looking forward to making my homemade pizzas at the higher temp. If it doesn't perform as expected, I will come back and update my review.Today, I'm pleased with the quality, the portability/size and the ability to use in inside.UPDATE: I made a full batch of home made pizzas. 750⁰ is HOT!I used the DTY setting. That one comes with a 2 minute timer. SERIOUSLY, all of the pizzas were fully baked in TWO minutes!The crust was crisp & chewy and soft. Getting near the 750⁰ oven with your hand, you can tell the difference from a 500⁰ oven!Anything that fell off the pizza, turned to black dust. I used a long SS flipper to scrape it to the sides. Easy cleaning. Then after it cooled, rinsed the black dust off.I used flour this time and not cornmeal.The only issue I had, One type of pizza a make is a pear and walnut. The walnuts can get pretty dark in 2 minutes. I took those pizzas out seconds earlier.Also, I used a new pizza dough recipe. My first one in the oven, the crust bubbled. So the following, I rolled the crust with a dough piercer.And with only 2 minutes, I had time where there weren't any pizzas in the oven, since I was still preparing the next one.This will be fantastic when our family are making them together. No waiting!I LOVE THIS OVEN!!So VERY pleased with the pizzas outcome. The a taste was fantastic!This will be the one I use, instead of my gas pizza ovens.

I was skeptical of its functionality since it is so low cost compared to others. I'm pleasantly surprised. It works well. You can't cook very large pizzas in here, but that's the trade off for it being portable. It doesn't get super hot, like in the thousands like some bigger ovens, but that's to be expected of something this size. It heats and cooks pizzas evenly. It's very easy to use. It has presets but I prefer to set my own temperature and time. It's working reliably so far.

Pizza Oven Indoor but I'm going outside with it.We bought this pizza oven for our deck and it has become the center of our weekend chaos in the best possible way. The kids love to help with toppings and there is flour everywhere while they pretend they run the busiest pizza shop in town.It heats quickly cooks evenly and once you get used to it the process is easy and reliable.
