Surprisingly Good Results, But It Gets Very Hot
This little oven genuinely impressed me. It heats up fast and runs far hotter than a standard home oven, which makes a noticeable difference in crust texture. We’ve used it for homemade pizza from scratch and for reheating commercial pizza, and the reheated slices honestly come out significantly better than in a regular oven or toaster oven. The crust crisps up instead of drying out, and the cheese remelts without turning rubbery. There is a bit of a learning curve with the top and bottom heat controls, but once you get a feel for them, it delivers consistently solid results.Be aware that it smokes during the first use. The instructions mention this, and it appears to be a burn-off from initial manufacturing residue, but it is still surprising if you are not expecting it. It also gets extremely hot on the exterior, especially around the lid and window, so this is absolutely not something to run casually with kids nearby. It needs vertical clearance to fully open and a stable surface underneath, since the unit can slide slightly on smooth countertops when hot.The included accessories are fine but not essential. The peel is useful, though lightweight, and the cutter works if you do not already own one. The gloves are serviceable but not special. If you already have pizza tools, you will likely use your own. At this price point, though, the performance is the real selling point. It does not replace a high-end outdoor oven, but for an indoor countertop appliance, it produces much better pizza than a traditional oven and makes reheating leftovers almost unfairly good.

Great Little Budget Countertop Oven With Two Independent Heating Controls!
I like to make my own pizza or at least add my own toppings to takeaway pies. I've been using my toaster oven to warm up the takeout pizza, and using my big outdoor pizza oven for when I make my own dough, but this is so handy and convenient, I love it much more than I thought I would. Does the pizza taste as good as my woodfired oven that sites outside, and costs several $100, ummm.. no, no it doesn't. But the pizza prepared in this tastes a LOT better than the one prepped in my range or my toaster oven, so I'm happy!Here's the rundown....➡️ HEATING CONTROLS & DESIGN→ TWO NDEPENDENT HEATING DIALS: My favorite feature! This ocen has separate top and bottom controls, and they’re real dials that can survive the heat. Most of the budget countertop pizza ovens I looked at had only one temp control, so this a big advantage. Since I often like to add toppings and just warm up take out pizza, I can control the oven's heat to do that, or cook a pizza with raw dough!→ MANUAL DIAL DESIGN: I prefer dials over electronics because electronics never last in high‑heat pizza ovens.→ CLAMSHELL LID: Opens completely, making it easy to access or move the pizza without fighting the hinge.
