I used this for 4 months constantly due to no gas / oven, perfect , worked better than expected , I cooked 25 turkey, baked macaroni, almost anything that can be cooked in an oven. I would not recommend baking a cake, the heat achieves the temperature and turns off and turns back on when temperature decreases. Love the additional accessories tray and 3 small pans
These cookers are so awesome we bought 2 of them! Perfect for use at Thanksgiving and/or Christmas...keeps food warm for serving or you can remove the inserts and cook something larger. They are well made and we will use for years to come. I strongly recommend this purchase.
High quality and easy to clean. Roasted a turkey and it came out perfect.
Very useful for holidays. Large, but portable. Useful for a large ham, turkey or reheat 3 sides and put right on the buffet. Make SURE you dont run out of water if you are using steam for heating the sides.

Cooker holds enough for a large get together. Decently priced.
Excellent roaster. Be careful!! The lid gets extremely hot very quickly (also cools quickly). The roaster does an amazing job with both chickens & turkeys.
