I used this Sunvivi Roaster Oven for my Thanksgiving turkey, and it was AMAZING! The turkey came out juicy, tender, and evenly cooked with so much less stress than using a traditional oven. I loved the large capacity, the viewing lid, and how quickly it heated up. Cleanup was easy thanks to the removable pan and rack. Good Buy and upgrade from the older roasters
Roaster works nicely and turkey turned out great. However the Booklet doesn’t provide recipes for roasting turkey. I scanned the code that was to direct me to additional recipes on the website but it directed me to more products and never located recipes. I finally googled recipes using a Roaster and I found a recipe for using this roaster on YouTube that was good. It provided instructions on temperatures to use for first 30 minutes and adjust down for remaining time. I would recommend the roaster but disappointed with lack of turkey recipes and guidance. This is my second Roaster but a different brand. I do like this upgraded model. My previous roaster was almost 20 years old and the temperature knob broke off or I would have continued using it. It also had a timer and this model doesn’t. I used my the timer on my stove so no issue.

Our oven went out the week of Thanksgiving. We used this to cook our turkey in and it came out perfect! Will use it again next year for sure. Was easy to use for other things like quiche and my daughter uses it to make brownies in. Really helped us out when we were in a bind.

Cooks very well
This arrived timely. It is absolutely huge and will roast an extra large turkey with no problem. I used it to cook a ham and it came out perfectly. Definitely do the cook off prior to use as there is a smell that needs to be burned off. After that though it cooked beautifully. I am very happy with my choice and I definitely recommend.
