Works perfectly for manual temperature adjustment and no auto shutoff

I had a specific use case. I wanted to be able to manually set the temperature with no automatic shut off. I went through multiple croc pots etc where they would either shut off or the keep warm function would burn my food. This works perfectly so much so that I also bought the larger 24 Quart version. Temperature control is accurate and have made the best beef stew, honeybaked ham, turkey, french onion soup, chili and corned beef brisket.
