Excellent set for the beginner and intermediate canner. Everything you need except the pot. I have already used the set 3 times. Although I haven’t used everything, the metal is high quality and doesn’t discolor after submersion.All of the accessories are super helpful if you are trying to follow canning guidelines, like the magnetic lid lifter and the de-bubbler (which also doubles as a liquid height measure for the mason jars).The can lifting tool works very well and it’s clear the plastic coating on all of the tools is high heat resistant.Of note, before I use the tools, I dip each piece in white vinegar (5%), after I’ve washed them, as an extra step for cleanliness and piece of mind.

Love this kit
I love this kit. It's very durable and works great while I'm canning. All pieces are good quality too. I only wish the canning rack arms wete designed differently so it had the ability to hang onto my canner when lifting and lowering the jars in and out if the canner. I didn't realize this before I purchased this product. Otherwise a great product and love the color!

Great Starter Kit
This is a great entry kit for those of you beginning to get into canning. The value of the kit was perfect and you get quite a few accessories when you order this kit. If like to cook, some of the accessories are not required but it is really nice the kit comes complete. Everything thus far seems to be sturdy and works exactly as you would want for canning.I think someone who is canning often and has experience will want to buy a set that is stainless steel or some type of food safe metal. If I continue canning and as things being to wear out over time, I will likely replace the items one at a time with stainless steel.If you are new to canning or only do it from time to time, this kit is perfect.
