This is a sturdy and well made dough whisk. The handle isn’t as long as I thought it would be, but I still find it easy to you and very helpful. When my dough gets sticky and tough, this whisk still does an excellent job mixing! Lastly, I love the design of the whisky itself; the dough doesn’t get stuck in the whisk like traditional whisks — it’s much easier to get the dough off the whisk and waste less product. It’s super easy to clean off!
