Makes Prep Work Quick and Painless
Giulienne is normally a huge pain for me to prep, but this Wagensteiger 3-in-1 stainless steel peeler makes it almost effortless. The julienne side slices vegetables into uniform strips in seconds, and the regular peeling blade is sharp enough to glide through tough skins without catching or tearing.The handle feels comfortable even when working through a big batch, and the weight gives it a solid, well-made feel without being heavy in the hand. I also appreciate the built-in potato eye removers—they actually work well and save having to grab another tool.Cleanup is simple since it’s stainless steel and dishwasher safe, and for the price, the versatility and build quality are better than I expected. This is one of those tools that earns its spot in the drawer.

Good peeler - nice quality
This is a really good peeler but it takes a little practice to julienne and like some other reviewers have mentioned it does clog up a little especially with carrots (still better than trying to julienne with a knife). Its nicely manufactured and 'heavy' feeling. Dishwasher safe! I would recommend the product.

Decent peeler, subpar julienner
The peeler side works well but I don't love the julienne side. It's a very small julienne and it clogs up easily. Otherwise it came well packaged, it seems well made and it cleaned well in my dishwasher.

Fast way to julienne
I wasn’t sure how to use this at first but I quickly got the hang of it. I usually spend a long time julienning vegetables but this made it super easy and fast. I wouldn’t recommend cleaning with a sponge because it’ll rip the sponge up. It’s dishwasher safe and made of stainless steel. It came in a black box and had a paper with German and Korean writing. I could not locate information on where it’s made.

Peels well, not clear on “German” reference
This thing is nice, it feels a little on the light (weight) side for stainless, but the blades very sharp and it peels/cuts with ease. Even though this says Germany all over it, “Brand by Germany”, “Design by Germany”, and has a German like brand name, the instructions are in an asian text which makes me wonder. What I can’t find is specific statement stating “Made in Germany” so I have to question the validity of the implied German origin.
