Happy with the purchase and quality of items. For what 1 mold costs, with the set you get multiple molds, sizes and styles + an avocado scooper and a knife. Ok, so the knife isn't really a knife at all, but the point is, you get a lot with this kit.Between this, some other sushi making tools, authentic spices, oils, vinegar and wine, I think I'll make a good mess and maybe, just maybe, some decent sushi 🍣.I'd recommend the kit, but don't expect a great knife. For a super sharp knife that doesn't break the bank and does the job, buy a filet knife on here for about $10 bucks. They will slice through fish and beef like butter, and at the end of the day, what one wants is cleanly cut sushi without tearing and ripping the rolls apart, (let's be honest, we'd still eat them) and they also tend to come with a simple sharpener and a pair of gloves. This looks simple and easy. The size is larger than expected, but will work for me.I'd recommend this kit. It has a lot for $18 bucks or so and as usual, delivered quickly with no nonsense.Enjoy 🍣Update: works perfectly. See photos.
