Love it
Used this just today for the first time, the shoot could be a little longer but it worked great for shredding cheese. I feel that o will be using this a lot as it makes grating so much easier and faster and it cleans up in a breeze. I did have an issue with it staying suctioned on the counter, but I wet my hand and wiped the wet on the counter and it worked great.

Design Flaws with Suction and Mouth length to reach the output bowl.
The Product suction is difficult to use. The knob is supposed to be improved but it is difficult to turn to make suction engage.Even after the suction is engaged it does not stay stuck. Thus it has constant problems shifting. After months of trying different surfaces and adhesive attempts. I gave up and threw the unit out.The design is good but difficult to make suction hold.Another secondary issue is that the hopper does not extend far out enough to place food in the bowl. The design of a round bowl and the short mouth has everything falling out missing the bowl and making a mess. I had to get a kidney shaped basin to make it hold what I was shaving.I went to the gravity fed mandolin as it was less of a hassle. Save your money this product has potential but has design flaws.

Sturdy, Safe, and a Total Time Saver in the Kitchen
I absolutely love this Rotary Cheese Grater! Everything is detachable, so assembly and cleaning are quick and hassle-free. The suction base is very strong—I never have to worry about it slipping while I’m grating, which makes it feel so much safer than traditional hand graters. The blades are sharp and versatile, letting me grate cheese, slice vegetables, and even shred potatoes with ease. I’ve already used it for cheddar in mac and cheese, zucchini for stir fry, cucumbers for salad, and even hash browns. It handles everything quickly and evenly. What stands out most to me is how much time and effort it saves. Prepping vegetables used to feel like a chore, but now it’s fast, easy, and honestly a little fun. I also really appreciate the design—solid plastic with no tiny gaps for water to collect, so I know it will stay clean and last a long time. This has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools, and I reach for it almost every day. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to make cooking easier, faster, and safer!

Great grater, but difficult to lock down.
This grater is amazing for grating cheese. It is very difficult to turn the knob to lock it down to the counter so it doesn't move. That is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

Ease of shredding just outweighs shortcomings
It grates cheese very well and saves a lot of energy, making shredding large amounts comically easier than traditional manual tools. My biggest complaint is that the height of where the cheese/food exits is way too low. If you're prepping for much more than 2-3 people, you'll need to either change bowls or take breaks and use your hand manually scoop it out to avoid everything falling outside of whatever you're catching it with. After shredding, there's always a bit of cheese pushed in between and left inside the rotating mechanism. Annoying but not a deal breaker. The plastic construction at many of the moving/connecting mechanisms is low quality and doesn't instill confidence as something that will last more than a few years at best, but that shouldn't surprise any of us anymore. It creaks and slightly bends around more than you'd hope from the torque of the handle and pressure from pushing the food down into the blades at heavy use (large blocks of harder cheeses like cheddar). Overall it is way less of an event than using a processor that you have less control over. The suction cup is legit - it holds on surprisingly well! You'll have about 5 pieces to clean up after shredding something (large clear plastic part containing the shredding mechanism, two interchangeable blades, the part the blades connect to, and finally a top plunger that pushes the cheese/food down into the grater).TLDR: Better than a processor (for cheese shredding) or handheld shredder, clean up exists but probably less of an overall chore, cheap construction that will eventually break before you'd like.I subtracted two stars for the quality of materials used at its price point. $30+ for something like this that I expect to need to buy more than once every few years is not great value in my opinion. Would love a manufacturer to charge me double or a bit more and give me solid metal construction. However, while it survives and works, it's definitely worth the price.

Must have kitchen tool
My favorite tool! Only gripe I have is that it's either sticking to the counter like super glue is holding it down or I struggle to get it to stay. Mostly sticks like it's no one's business, but I prefer that to the later. - I love how easy it is to clean up after use, and how you can take everything apart to clean it. It's super user friendly and safe to use also! 10/10

Regretfully not functional
I really wanted to like this, but the design is faulty on several levels and now just upset I spent the money.- suction cup base doesn’t work. I’ve tried every surface, counter top, even smooth glass and it pops off every time with little effort.- The round knob is just horrendous to try and turn, with absolutely no grip. May be why the suction never stays since proper leverage is impossible.- the funnel the food comes out is too short, so shreds fall off the sides and never into a bowl- careful if you wash with hot water, the clear plastic housing will shrink or warp and no longer click on to the base. I could probably suffer through the others, but this made it entirely non functional.
