Heats water quickly and evenly. Whistle is loud enough to hear from another room. Handle stays cool. Looks modern and clean on the stove. Stainless steel feels durable. Slightly large for small kitchens. Easy to clean. A solid everyday kettle.
This is one of the best tea kettles I have ever bought. I have a black stove and refrigerator, the black/silver looks nice in my kitchen and is very sturdy. It heats up quickly, so you'll need to wait for the steam to subside a little before handling or use a potholder to grab it.
Nice tea kettle with reasonable capacity. Easy to pour spout can also be used to fill the kettle. The whistle is reasonably loud to let you know when the water is boiling.
Bought this less than 60 days ago to replace a 6 year old tea kettle that started to show interior rust spots.I've use it every day for boiling only water to make instant coffee, hot tea that steeps in the teacup and Swiss Miss instant hot cocoa mixed in the cup. NEVER has any other ingredient than H2O been in this "STAINLESS STEEL" Tea kettle and YET...It's starting to get tiny rust spots on the inside bottom.I really Love the look and initially I loved the performance. But now it's showing rusty specks inside.I'm saddened and disappointed.Update 2/7/26 contacted by seller and they made things right. Great company with concern for the customer. I added a extra star for this unusual situation. I would most likely refer their products as they stated I was the only complaint they've had over a defective kettle.I Appreciate their integrity.
This is the most beautiful tea kettle! Worth the money. Looks very elegant.
Picked this up at the end of November 2025. It's now January 21, 2026. I used this tea pot almost every day. It did what it was made to do. Unfortunately, about 3 weeks ago I started seeing rust in the bottom of the tea pot. I will never drink out of it again. Straight into the garbage where it belongs.UPDATE:SUSTEAS contacted me after this initial review. In the email, they stated that I would get a full refund. Guess what? It NEVER came. They also wanted a pic of the rust. Since I did not respond quicker with a pic of the rust, I received ZERO REFUND. This company is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. All they want is something that they will NEVER get from me. RESPECT.
I love the fact that this pot is bigger than how it looks in the pictures which is always a good thing. This pot has a button that releases the steam/hot water so you don’t have to touch it. The handle does not get hot. The black mat color is perfect so it won’t show any Residue from food from the stove. It’s made of good quality, very durable and the whistle is LOUD.
