Great at mopping up spills
Very absorbent, and a nice dish cloth! Make sure you check the dimensions before buying, for some reason I was expecting these to be larger than the washcloth size that they are, and they do shrink even smaller if you accidentally run them through the dryer. There’s all sorts of good uses for these in the kitchen, but I think they excel most at absorbing liquid, so I’m keeping them next to my plant stand to mop up the inevitable spills when I’m not careful enough at watering. The one thing I wish they’d change about these is the packaging - there is *so* much plastic, which is not great for an eco product.

I love swedish dish cloths and these are super nice. Each cloth comes individually wrapped and all of them are in a zip bag to store until you need a new one. The print is vibrant and pretty and has a cute variety. They are strong even when wet. Soft with just enough texture to get things nice and clean. These are great quality.

Pretty and endlessly useful, but not plastic free
I’ve been using Swedish dish cloths for about 8 years. I was sold on them the first time I tried one. They are able to lift off oils from my kitchen counter without using another cleaning product, which is pretty amazing! I love how long they last. I wash them in the washing machine and hang them to dry. They dry incredibly fast. They absorb so much liquid even when wet. This morning I spilled coffee and clean up was easy with these cloths.Compared to other Swedish cloths, these are a little larger and thicker. They do shrink after you get them wet for the first time, which is normal. I love that they are compostable because I compost at home. I was surprised and sad to find that each cloth is individually wrapped in plastic. It’s kind of a weird thing to see in an eco-friendly product.They come with two clips, one magnetic and one with an adhesive backing, so you can hang the cloth to dry. I thought that was pretty clever. I’m happy with everything about these except the plastic, I can finally compost my oldest and most torn cloths because I have these beauties to replace them with. If they become plastic free in the future I would repurchase.
