This warmer is great. Three temperature settings are nice to have depending on the beverage you are drinking. Has an auto shut off as well. The unit itself looks great. Controls are easily accessible and well marked. Very easy to use and keep clean. Would make a great gift. Very pleased.
Works very well. Surprisingly large surface - fits big mugs easily. Looks nice. Temp adjustment is perfect. Remember - it keeps a mug warm - don't expect it to heat-up an already cold mug - would take a while. It does tend to move itself from my desk to my wife's desk when I'm not using it.... You may need more than one. Auto shutoff is a must and it works great.
I love it so much that it actually fills me with rage for how long I delayed purchasing one. The four hour default is perfect. I LOVE the three different temperatures to choose from, it’s so incredibly easy to use and setup. The buttons are great, and I love that it CLICKS when you push it — because it has actual buttons not touch buttons!!! Which is a great quality. I think it’s the perfect price and so far the best purchase I’ve made on amazon. The cord is a little shorter than I’d like but I just adjusted where I had to set it. The hot plate is hot to the touch - careful of little hands and phones ! It looks sleek and fits all my mugs. I legitimately am thinking of purchasing another one just to keep in another room, too. I LOVE it. No regrets. I felt like I was wasting coffee simply because it got cold and now it lasts forever. So happy!!
It's wonderful to have toasty coffee every time that I take a sip. This works great and it right next to my favorite spot on the couch. Easy peasy. Depending on the shape of your mug bottom it can be set to 3 different heat settings. Most of my mugs have a large flat bottom and 130°F is perfect. I've been really good about turning it off when Im done using it. But no worries it also has a safety timer so it will turn off by it self if forgotten.I am very pleased with my purchase and I feel it was a good value.Oh I forgot to mention. I have also used it for a candle warmer on the lowest setting. It works great.
I don't have any experience with mug warmers so this is just about this one on it's own merits. I love the size (6" diameter with a 3" diameter heated area) because it's less likely to cause me to inadvertently set a mug on the edge where it might tip over. Also, while having three temperature settings is fantastic enough (176F, 150F, 130F), let's say I want something slightly cooler than 150: I just set the mug off to the side a little at that setting. The size also has the advantage of being less of a fire hazard since the hot surface will always be at least an inch and a half away from any adjacent items. The top surface is a hard, smooth, flat substance (I don't think it's glass but could be ceramic or something similar) so it's very easy to clean. All in all a great warmer that I can highly recommend. I've used it for coffee every morning, and also hot tea and even soup in a mug. Speaking of which, because of the size, it would be very easy to put a bowl of soup (or whatever) on it as well. That's a lot of pros. The *only* con is the switch, in that it is a mechanical button that is stiff enough that you have to hold the other side to keep from pushing the whole thing across the desk or table. Definitely not a deal breaker and if this one ever stops working I'll get another one just like it, but I think a touch sensitive switch would be a great feature. Oh a shorter timer option (shortest now is 4 hours) would be good too, although I can't see leaving it on long enough to matter anyway.
This is a great warmer. It has a large plate (6” across), temp control and timer. I use it for candles (in jars), set the temp and timer and it smells 100x better than burning a candle. Now instead of buying plug ins, I just buy different candle scents. I’ve had this apx a month and the wax doesn’t go down and doesn’t smell burnt, like wax melts. If you’re on the fence, it’s worth it. At this point, the only reason I need to buy new candles is if I want to try another scent.
I use this coffee warmer every day. How did I ever live without it? I can take my time drinking my coffee. It has three settings. I always keep it on the lowest setting & it’s hot. It also has an automatic timer that shuts off The warmer. Very happy with this purchase.
