These were perfect for my baking needs

I purchased these in hopes of less sticking when baking. They work fantastic. I made cake rolls and they cooked evenly and released the cake without sticking. They cleaned up quick and easy as well. The only downfall is that once they are full they are.difficult to.transfer to the oven without a wire rack, but that was easily remedied. Overall the size was perfect for what I needed. You get two silicone pans, which was fantastic. I would order again.

The Perfet Sheet for Kale Chips

They tolerate heat well and are so easy to clean after use. I made kale chips on them and had no dirty pan to scour afterward. I have washed them by hand with soap and hot water and also in the dishwasher. They come out without grease, debris, etc., and are a breeze to clean and air dry. Love it! And, of course, cookies, cloud bread, and roasted vegetables are at their easiest prep and cleanup on these perfect-sized silicone sheets. They roll up after use and stow away out of sight easily until they are next needed. I highly recommend them.

Very thin, floppy, and walls on sides very short

I bought this for baking jelly roll cakes, the sides are less than half an inch tall. you will need the support of a cookie sheet to use it as it is very floppy and not thick enough to hold its own shape even when not filled.I have tried to use it with a sponge cake batter,(the lightest type of cake) and the sides distorted as it baked. good thing I was able to use a cutter and cut the lopsided cake to use as the bottoms of another dessert I was planning to make the next day. I guess I'm going to have to start bringing out the tape measure before ordering any more cooking/bakeware from here. On a good note I guess, it worked well for sheet cookies that don't spread a lot in the pan,it was the perfect size for them so not a total loss :)

PERFECT for dehydrating liquids like eggs!

We bought the 6 Brianver Swiss Roll Cake Mats to replace the 6 Cosori Food Dehydrator Fruit Roll Sheets we purchased to dehydrate eggs. The Cosori sheets became deformed the first time used, the center rose so that any liquids poured in ran to the sides, no liquid stayed in the higher center. I took hours shopping around for something else to use because now that we don't see people to be able to give away our chicken eggs we needed some way to dehydrate them for use during winter months when our little mamas don't lay. To say these cake mats are perfect doesn't even express how happy we are with them so far. The cake mats also hold more eggs than the prior sheets even with the low edges that are perfect for the dehydrator. We've only used them a couple of times but so far they are perfect for dehydrating the liquids we've put in them.

Works great for making fruit roll ups!

I have too many mangoes ripen in a 3 week period to eat, so after giving away many to friends, and freezing many, I make a fruit roll (fruit leather) up by putting mango pulp in a blender, then spreading it out on these mats, just to the level of the top, and putting them in a forced hot air dehydrator at 140 F degrees for about 10-12 hours. It's clear that it doesn't dry uniformly...leaving big "cracks" in the drying sheet, so I "repair" the cracks by pouring some reserved mango pulp in, and that lets me get a uniform sheet of "mango leather" that I roll up with wax paper, and can store for a while.I used the plastic containers that came with the dehydrator, and they stuck to the mango...not good. These clean up easily, and are so easy to use.
