Great coffee machine for my break room
So I started a new business recently, and I needed a coffee machine for our employee break room. I came across this model here and with the three pots, it will be more than enough to satisfy our need. I just brewed a pot of coffee to test it out and it seems to work fine. It is definitely a big unit and it looks pretty with the stainless steel. I love how it has the three burners. It is very ideal for many people. It has a multi stream spray to ensure an even brewing allowing a good quality coffee. The burner seems to stay hot keeping the coffee at ideal temperature. It’s not really that loud just the typical brewing noise of a coffee machine. As far as durability, we will have to see how this thing holds up. It seems to be built solid, and I didn’t notice any kind of leaking or such. I will update my review in sometime when I can see if this thing holds up for long-term.

Durable and works well in our nursing home
We bought it for our nursing home use because of trying to find a brewer that made good coffee without plastic because we care for our people and our health. It works really great and tested for several months without failure. Easy to use just add the water, it has to heat up in less than 10 minutes. The coffee tastes great but I use good water and good freshly ground coffee. I am so happy to not have plastic coffee. The only places with plastic are where you pour in the cold water and at the rim of the pot. So my super-heated water is not pulling plastic chemicals. This year people and coffee maker companies would follow suit and get away from plastic. Heat and plastic are not good for us. Very sturdy and durable. Hoping it will last. This can be recommended to restaurants and even at home.

Great quality and perfect size!

NOT EVEN 3 MONTHS AND IT STOPPED WORKING!!!!!
I purchased this coffee maker late November 2024 and started using it day of December. Sadly, it only worked properly for 3 months before it started leaking. After doing the fixes recommended here for leaking problems it did work well for a few days afterwards and then its like the problems just started getting worse, not only did it start leaking again but also it just stopped preparing or even warming the coffee properly. Tried the fixes for that and they did not make work at all. So basically i only got 3 good months of use out of it and 1 month just struggling with it. And of course, the Amazon returned period just expired a couple of days before i finally decided to return it.I contacted Sybo through email since i haven’t been able to speak to anyone on the phone, so hopefully they’ll reach out ASAP and make things right. Will gladly positively update this review if Sybo steps up to plate and replaces my unit.

Makes Coffee
This is a pretty nice coffee maker, although there are a few things I like better about the Bunn. I like that this has 3 warmers as opposed to our old Bunn which just had 2. However, I wish it had a holding tank for water and didn't have to be turned on every time you want to use it. It isn't as fast as our older Bunn, but it isn't too terrible. I do like that the portafilter is stainless and not plastic. I also like that it comes with 2 carafes. It makes coffee, and basically, that's what matters most.
