I was waiting for this to arrive! I immediately used it and am beyond thrilled with the quality! This is my 3rd cold press juicer and by far the best! And the ease or cleaning was an added bonus. No pulp stuck anywhere!
The purpose of a juicer is to process fruits and vegetables into juice, separating pulp from liquid. The separation feature is what differentiates a juicer from a blender.The instructions for this juicer are not complete but it was easy enough to figure out the gaps. The base (motorized unit), bowl, screw, strainer and cover go together easily. With that done, there is a cup and filter that sits to the right where juice is delivered, and a cup that sits to the left where pulp is delivered. Finally, there is a hand-held accessory that pushes food into the machine.This is a masticating juicer that prioritizes quality, yield, and nutrient retention over speed. It's a good choice for those of us wanting to make high-quality, cold-pressed juices. It uses a slow, crushing action that extracts more juice from the produce, especially from leafy greens, which centrifugal juicers struggle with. You get more juice for the money.My goal is to produce a fresh vegetable juice that I'll actually drink. I'm not interested in choking down super-healthy stuff that tastes awful. To start, I decided to mimic the commercial vegetable juice called V8. I like V8 and buy it regularly. Recipes are online. My plan is to start with V8 and tweak it to my personal liking. My wife worked with me to make the juice. Much of the process is shown in my attached video. Note that I made the video in (mostly) real time so you can see how long it takes; you'll want to fast forward through most of it. The machine worked really well, as you can see. Our juice didn't match V8 but tasted good despite being brown in color. It had the same consistency as V8. We drank it all, and know what we'll do different next time.The juicer was easy to operate. We were never uncertain what to do next. We ran 8 vegetables through it, cycling between soft and hard vegetables as recommended. It never jammed so we didn't have to use reverse. As we pushed vegetables into the machine, juice came out one side and pulp came out the other. I was impressed at the dryness of the pulp; that made me confident the juicer had squeezed maximum juice from the vegetables.Cleanup was fairly easy. Instructions advise hand washing so that's what we did. All of the parts rinsed easily and hand washing was quick. It's well designed and well built, a good value for its price.We can't wait to use it with home grown vegetables next summer!

Still, for the price and performance, it’s a dependable cold press juicer for families or health-minded individuals who want fresh juice without complicated setup or bulky equipment.
