I recently bought some diatomaceous earth for my garden, but it did not come with a shaker. Great dredge for baking!

I have been baking for a few years now and got tired of using the flour bag to spread flour. I bought the dredge to hopefully streamline the process. Wow! It worked really well. It spreads flour quickly and evenly on my work surface, rolling pin and on any items that need sprinkled flour. It is very generous in the amount when shaken briskly or stingier when not. I'm not sure how I lived without it in the kitchen when baking. I've had it awhile as I do not review items until I've had enough time to write an accurate assessment. I've used it hundreds of times. It aslo asked me to rate "sheerness". I don't know why but rated a 10 because I love this dredge!
