Quality Issues with Recent Order
As a small business owner specializing in laser engraving, I rely heavily on consistent product quality. I've consistently purchased acacia cutting boards from this vendor for the past 2 years and have always been extremely satisfied. The boards were previously excellent for engraving, with a smooth surface and durable wood.My most recent order, however, arrived in noticeably different packaging. Upon inspection, the cutting boards, while generally the same shape, are slightly smaller in length and width. This seemingly small difference is significant for my business, as I've invested time and resources in creating precision jigs for my laser that no longer fit.Beyond the size difference, the wood itself appears to be of a lower quality – the grain is less tight, and the surface doesn’t feel as smooth. While still usable, it requires more preparation before engraving. I hope the vendor can investigate this change and restore the previous level of quality and consistency.

Headache waiting to happen
Got these boards to engrave and sell as charcuterie boards. 2 of the boards arrived warped and unusable. Sold a board to a customer and they contacted me to tell me that the rope used in the hole of the handle broke when they hung it on the wall. Unfortunately the board hit her on the head when it fell. I have since checked the rope on the rest of my boards from this manufacturer and every single rope broke with a minimal amount of pull. Unacceptable. If your going to use these boards, pull the rope off as soon as you get it, it won’t be hard.
