I am loving this set so far. The tray that holds the disposable pans is handy to keep the pans nice and straight without bending when they go into the over and even more importantly when the hot pan comes out of the oven. They don't bend or dump their contents because of the structure that the tray give to them. The tray does not impair the cooking time or results it just adds stability. You get 25 12 inch aluminum pans along with the carbon steel tray. It seems that the tray is durable and will last a long time. It's a good idea rather than placing aluminum pans on a cookie sheet to make it easier to remove individual pans from the oven. At first it may seem a little pricey but considering all you have to replace over time is the 12 inch aluminum pans and the try will work for a long time, it's not a bad price.

Thin but does its job
We make pizzas often at home and sometimes it's nice to not have to wash dishes after. Especially if we make a whole bunch for guests. These disposable pans are perfect for that. They are a bit thin but they do the job well. We've used them to bake frozen pizzas, as well as fresh ones that we assemble ourselves. Cleanup is obviously a breeze. I like that it comes with the carbon steel tray pan. It's not as heavy as another one we have, but again, it does its job. No real complaints here other than the aluminum pans are on the thinner side.

Great Way To Bring Pizzas to Cook Elsewhere
I love making my own pizza and this is a great way to bring an appetizer pizza to a gathering and cook it fresh! The base holds the tins perfectly and the holes help to transfer it out of the oven and so the heat doesn’t destroy your friends table (use a trivet, it’s more about the transfer!!!) Great price for the tins alone and the tray is a bonus. Tins are thick enough, but you still need to be careful not to slice through them. I’m totally satisfied.

Thin but work well.
These disposable pizza pans are very thin and arrived a bit deformed (first photo). They are easily smoothed back out, and work well when used with the included steel tray. I have only used them with frozen pizza so don't know how they will work with fresh dough. The thinness probably helped with crisping the pizzas, and the holes in the tray also helped get the heat to the crust efficiently.Overall, I am pleased with these as they definitely cut down on clean up time, and keep burnt cheese off the bottom of my oven. I just wish they weren't so flimsy.

Very large pans. These a great for a large frozen or homemade pizza. . These pans have a pan to sit on with holes in it to help heat flow to the aluminum pan. This is great for handling oven items that are not sturdy like these aluminum pans. It makes it easy to get the pans in and out.
