Fragile glass?
After one use the glass cracked and started leaking since that section was wear I had the seeping tube set at. So flipped it to the other side to drink from.

First, it has some oily smell that I can not wash off after several tries. Second, it leaks easily (from the bottom seal). Returning it.Update 1/25/2025: after I returned the bottle, the seller insisted to send me another one for free. I have used it for a few weeks, much better. Occasionally small amount of water still leaks out when I try to tumble it. But overall, pretty good.

I have used this everyday since july. I really like it. But 1 day the bottom washers came out and I thought that's good.I'll clean it. But now I don't know how to put the washers back in so that it doesn't leak? Does anyone know how to do this or how to contact them? There are two , they have a flat side , and they have a ridged side.
