Excellent design, tea and cup are perfect
I am in love with this tea infuser cup as much as I am in love with my tea! It could not be more perfect.I love a good cup of tea but there are always issues that interfere with my enjoyment. From loose grinds in my tea, to the cup being too hot to hold, to my tea cooling down too much before I am done drinking it. Not deal breakers but annoyances that are constant reminders that I am not a kid again drinking tea with grandma. Those times everything seemed perfect. This cup will erase all those problems and bring back great tea memories. This cup is durably made and keeps the tea hot until it is gone. I take the lid off after steeping, but if I am drinking it much slower than usual, I will put it back on between sips just to keep it hot. I don't have any problems with the loose tea ending up in the water after brewing, and it steeps better than the little tea balls, giving my tea a much more robust flavor. The infuser lid doubles as a drip tray for the infuser portion after removed to let it cool. My favorite part of the design is the handle. It makes such a difference in being able to grab and hold the cup easier, especially as my hands are becoming arthritic. It has a really nice flat top where the thumb fits to give my weaker wrists more stability in holding the cup. It makes a great travel cup for my tea as well if I am on the way out the door. I love this cup, and if you are a tea drinker I know you will love it too.

I didn’t know I needed this! (Left-handers take note tho)
I ordered this because it looked interesting, but I did not expect to love it so much. This cup is awesome. It is so convenient to use. Usually if I am making a single cup of tea, I will heat the water, put an infuser or sachet in a ceramic mug, and then place a silicone tea cup cover over the top while it steeps. This cup is an all-in-one. The double walled stainless steel keeps the temperature hot and the lid is tight fitting while the tea steeps. The metal infuser piece can be used with loose tea or a sachet/tea bag. Of course, you don’t need the infuser for tea bags, but it’s really convenient because once you lift the infuser out, it fits perfectly in the overturned lid. So even if you are using a tea bag, you don’t need anything separate, like a saucer for the used tea bag. It’s all right there- cup, lid and saucer, and it stays quite warm. The only odd thing is that the cup is basically a right-handed cup. I don’t know if you can tell in the pictures, but the handle and thumb rest are slanted so that it fits perfectly (slightly slanted away) when it’s in your right hand. It’s certainly usable with your left hand but it’s not shaped right for that. I’m right handed and I noticed it on the first use when moving the cup between hands. I’m not sure why it would designed this way, but it seems like an odd choice when it could have been made with a neutral slant.

Nice, but not good enough quality
Love the size, handle and idea of this cup plus tea infuser, but wish it was better quality. The white paint coating was peeling at the top lip when I received it and the strainer isn’t fine enough to strain the tea out of the water.

Fun, Unique, and Easy to Maintain
Fun mug! I collect mugs, tumblers, and cups and thought this would make a nice addition to the horde. I like the stainless steel interior since it's less likely to have issues with mold and microplastic, also it doesn't leave a funky metallic flavor and there won't be any issues with rust.So far, it holds heat and cold for a few hours each - ice doesn't melt quickly throughout the day and I'm not burning my hands when I hold it. I also think it's fun that I can use the lid as a coaster or little plate. I don't know much about loose tea brewing, but the little brewer pot seems to be easy and functional. It's also simply to clean - just rinse it out and toss it in the dishwasher. Overall, I think this is a worthwhile little mug to have on deck - especially if you drink or enjoy the performance of tea.

Large Tea Infuser Mug for Cozy Days at Home
First ImpressionsThis mug immediately caught my attention as a sit-down, slow-down, be intentional kind of tea mug—not a grab-and-go situation and that is exactly why I chose it. I’m someone who actually enjoys the process of making and drinking loose-leaf tea regularly. I care about water temperature, steep time, and extracting my leaves just perfectly so, so I really like the idea of this mug for self care and reflection type of days. This mug gives cute and cozy vibes. The size is the first thing you notice—it’s larger than a standard mug and feels like something you’d use when you’re settling in for a quiet moment, vs rushing out the door. That said, mine did arrive with a small ding, and the handle felt a bit loose right away, which is why this isn’t a five-star review for me, but not a deal breaker.Performance & UseI prefer built in infuser cups over the infusers that hold exactly one tbsp of leaves and you drop into the cup to steep. The cups gives the leaves enough room to expand, which matters if you actually care about flavor and not just “hot leaf water.” I had no issues with sediment getting through, and steeping felt controlled and consistent. This is not a travel mug. It’s bulky, doesn’t fit easily in a cup holder, and it’s clearly designed for at-home use—think couch, chair, blanket, book, and quiet.Once brewed, it’s comfortable to drink from and holds heat nicely for a relaxed session, but I wouldn’t trust this to survive being tossed into a bag or knocked around.ProsGreat size for loose-leaf tea loversInfuser works well and allows proper leaf expansionCozy, intentional design for at-home tea timeNice weight and feel when sitting down to enjoy itEasy to clean inside from a residue standpointConsMine arrived with a small dingHandle felt loose out of the boxHand-wash only, which limits everyday convenienceNot travel-friendly or cup-holder friendlyFeels like it needs to be handled gentlyWish ListI’d love better quality control on packaging to avoid dings during shipping and a more solid handle attachment. If those two things were addressed, this would easily be a repeat purchase.Overall VerdictI gave this four stars, and that rating feels honest.I really like this mug for what it is: a larger, cozy, stay-at-home tea mug meant for intentional tea drinking. It’s not something I’d throw in the car, and it’s not something I’d want to bang around in the sink or dishwasher. If you’re someone who actually enjoys loose-leaf tea and wants a mug that supports slowing down and being present, this does that well. Just go into it knowing it may arrive with minor imperfections and that it’s better treated gently.Would I still buy it again?Yes--definitely
