I like the design, it is an improvement over the mesh balls we used previously. It is easy to slide the infuser open, dip into the loose tea, and get the right amount of tea leaves inside the tube. It is a little fussy to then close the tube by sliding the sleeve down, and you have to carefully let the excess tea leaves fall back into the tea container. Make sure the infuser is dry when you try to fill the tube! It is only meant to make a cup or mug of tea, not a potful.Once it is closed, the infuser sits well in the cup, and doesn't leak leaves when the water is added. It is easy to use, and easy to empty and rinse when done. The hook hangs well on the cup rim, even if the tube doesn't touch the bottom of the cup. And the hooks are handy to place the infuser in the dishwasher.These are a good value, and I'm pleased with them. I hope they last a long time.
