Handle broke off one. spout cover missing from another

The first two I bought, the cheap handle broke off in the front of one within a week and I had to repair it. Second two I bought, one of them came with no spout cover!Because the cheap plastic it's got like it a metal pivoting things there's molding around a cheap plastic bow handle in the plastic just cracked the pieces and the you came off of the tab that it was molded on so I had to drill through the plastic and put a cotter pin through it and bend it with washers and JB weld to epoxy it back so it would hold so at the repair, it actually better than it was originally manufactured .the original plastic of the handle is hard cheap and brittle. In fact it looks like the old bakelite before they had plastic but I know it's not because I don't believe they make Bakelite anymore.It's actually the only suitable kettles I could find they serve my purpose so my repair is held up so I mean if the rest of the handles break took some a while to fix them but I can keep repairing them but I need I mean there's no sense and getting a kettle without a cover on the spout because it's for my distilled water that I don't want to leave to the open air I mean it doesn't have to be sealed perfectly but I don't want crap falling down an open spout into my distilled water. I mean the there's the hinge and everything is not just a spout missing where it the hinge that it mounts to it's not present either it's like they didn't put one on this one. Just sloppy, halfway manufacturing and you know packaging and shipping.

quality, cost effective, good looking

best tea pot yet that i have owned, the whistle is quieter than most which is perfect for me, not a bit of rust as noted by another, we use ro water, and looks good sitting on the induction stove/ range. i like it so much i bought a second one.
