Cute and functional but I wish it was sturdier

This is a cute, inexpensive kettle that heats water well, has a handle that stays cool, and a pleasant whistle. It is easy to fill and easy to wash. Two things kept it from being 5 stars.First, you have to be careful to not set the heat higher than medium, which make it take longer to reach a boil, up to 15 minutes. If you set the heat higher repeatedly, the kettle starts to warp.Second, the plastic pour spout cover started to melt on my gas stove. This would not happen on an electric or induction burner.If you are only using it occasionally, it's a great choice. It's very cute and functional. However, it's not sturdy enough for daily use. Did I mention it is cute? It is really adorable.

Small crack after only 2 weeeks

Seemed ok at first. I like the look and the whistle is great but the handle is a cheap plastic and gets very hot. The worst part is that after only a couple weeks of use, it developed a small crack in the side and water seeps out slowly. Poor quality.....would not recommend.
