Great tea pot!
I love this pot. It’s the perfect size to make tea for a 16oz tea latte with room for milk or two small cups of pure tea. It has a great pour. It makes a nice clean satisfying arc with no drips. The second best part after the beautiful pour, is that the little lip at the bottom of the pot traps any leaf debris that might have escaped the filter basket from pouring out. The filter basket has a handle and can be easily removed for filling or emptying or if you just don’t want to use it. It’s easy to clean, the metal top pops right off, and the whole thing is dishwasher safe. This has become one of my most used tea pots.

Small and very nice.
This small teapot is just perfect for one person who wants to brew and serve 2 to 2.5 teacups of hot tea. My only caution to a potential buyer is that this pot holds only 17 ounces of fluid, not 20 ounces. That said, here are my pluses: The spout pours very well, without making any mess. Second, I use loose tea leaves (rather than tea bags), so I appreciate that the infuser has its own handle for easy removal before serving. Third, I like that the lid can be taken off easily, so that the glass teapot can be thoroughly washed and dried after use. And finally, the pot looks very attractive - full or empty. I recommend this product to everyone.

Perfect size for two large mugs
This morning was the first time I used my new teapot and I love it! I boil my water in an electric pot then pour into the teapot to steep, so I can't speak to how well it works on a stove burner. However, washing was a breeze since the lid is easily removed; the mesh infuser is finely meshed and even has a handle to remove it from the pot; the lid gently clicks shut so that it doesn't flop open when pouring finished tea into the mug and it opens far enough that it doesn't drop closed when adding tea leaves; the spout is drip-free when pouring into my mug; the 30 oz capacity holds enough for two servings in my large mugs . All of these features fulfill my expectations of the perfect teapot.

Update is much better!
Update! Teabloom made it better or maybe it was Amazon? I finally received another tracking info by 12/14 night and showed an expected delivery Dec 13-17! By 12/15 afternoon it was out for delivery! Once it was delivered it was inspected and it was not broken!! YAY! The box had me a little worried, but contents were fine and that is what matters!! Gift made it in time for our office gift exchange and my coworker stated she loved it!! Hope all the goodies bought to go with it will work out too!! Thank you for making this right!!! :)Tried contacting Amazon about this order. Had to speak to two people before they finally admitted it was lost. BUT I would have to wait 48 hours to get my refund, which would be too late to order a replacement! This item was originally to be delivered on Monday, 12/12 (tracking on stated it was had left San Antonio real early in the AM)...Then it was notated at 6pm and again at 8pm on 12/12 but only Delayed emails telling me it would arrive the 13th or 14th but if it didn't arrive by the 14th then I could request a refund the next day (15th)! No activity on the 13th on the tracking details (update). So when I checked this morning, the 15th, NADA, NOTHING! It says that it will be delivered today, but if it doesn't then I can get a refund tomorrow! And the kicker, the tracking is now not showing the "update" feature so I have NO idea where it is!!! So now you know that it took two people to actually tell me it was lost!! So this may be a good tea pot or maybe not? But the shipping and customer service has not been great, at all!! This was purchased for a gift for a coworker and our exchange is Friday!!! She may be getting a picture and hope it ships someday!!

Lovely little teapot
I am very pleased with this teapot. I put it on the gas burner to boil water, then steep loose tea in the diffuser. Perfect for me to settle in for a few cups of tea and a good book.The metal lid is removable from the pot for cleaning. It clips into the rim of the pot, and the lid stays closed, so you can pour with one hand. And it pours beautifully.It is very lightweight, and I am concerned that I may put it down too hard on the counter and break it, but fingers crossed that I am not that clumsy.

Beautiful and functional
