I bought one and love it! I’ve used it for at least a year. I use it about everyday. I love that you can put it in most coffee cups too. I like the porcelain lid, it elevates the look and holds the heat in well. I’m bummed they are out of stock. I want to gift this one to friends!It is also so easy to wash!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this tea strainer. In an effort to reduce toxicity in my life and body, I’ve been switching to bulk tea. This strainer fits into my mugs and tea pots. I like the lid, although I wish it had a little knob or something built into it to make it easier to lift off of a cup. It isn’t impossible, just wish it had something to grab besides the side. The lid is great, though, for keeping my tea warm longer and also for catching the drips when you take the strainer out of the cup. Please vote helpful, thanks :)
I use in a quart-sized canning jar to make iced tea and in a mug for green tea. The ceramic top can get hot, I use a hot pad to remove it w/no problems. Love the fact that the tea infuser fits in the lid to rest while I drink my hot tea. Easy to clean, I wash by hand. Great purchase, would buy again in a heartbeat.
Brilliant, simple little device. I mostly enjoy loose leaf tea and previously used one of those spring-close ball infusers, but they are harder to use and to clean, and they break over time. This little infuser is such an elegant device that does exactly what it needs to and does it so well, with no moving parts to break! The addition of the ceramic lid/coaster just puts the functionality over the top. Also love not having any plastic or silicone in my tea - just stainless steel and a ceramic lid. Bought one for myself and loved it so much I got another to give as a gift. Only caveat is it doesn't fit in some cups with smaller mouths so if your favorite teacup is skinny at the top, double check the measurements.
It fits regular mugs at width. I use it for teas and herbs. So convenient, and this top is very helpful too. Great product. When I get a new set with a kettle (they usually don’t have such filters inside, or have ones with larger pores), I might buy a second set, but will have to make sure it fits the top of the tea kettle diameter.
I like it. Does what it's supposed to do. When cleaning however, the tea is really hard to wash out of the steeper. Unless you let it fully dry, the wet tea leaves stick in there.
I love this lose leaf tea strainer. I love how the glass lid is used to cover my tea cup during stepping and a holder for the strainer once I take it out my cup. It Keeps things neat and from dripping all over the place. The strainer os pretty and function as it should. I recommend.
