This is a very lovely set of decorative mats that I got to replace all manner of mismatched ones that came with our house. I have learned to love them but was honestly a little disappointed with the color, at first. The pictures depicted a darker blue ... and they are even described as navy. I know color is somewhat subjective but this hits be as being more of a royal blue than navy? They struck me as a bit much for our decor but in actual fact they are not overwhelming at all and are very bright and cheery. They were a little wrinkly right out of the box (as is typical with linen) but nothing a little starch and a quick run over with the iron couldn't fix.Overall, I think they are great value and add a touch of simple elegance ... wherever you choose to use them.

Just gorgeous!
These are a linen weave with a non-slip white backing. I can't tell if they are truly linen fiber-they feel more like a synthetic, but whatever they are, the effect is stunning! I love the beautiful, bright primary colors that accent multiple decor pieces. I got the boho floral and the colors are even more vibrant than shown in the listing. I like to use placemats on dressers and end tables to give some protection and also to group small items. They come in several designs and are reasonably priced at $13-I've seen similar placemats priced up to $10 each. If you need something to brighten up your home a bit, give these a try!

Well-made, colorful placemats
Brightly colored, cloth placemats with a white backing. I like the bright colors - they really stand out and make the table look cheerful. The hems are all nicely sewn and flat, which helps the placemats sit flat on the table. Perfect size to fit a place setting, including glasses. I don't think these are actual linen as described, but rather some kind of blended material, so I gave these 4 stars. They arrive folded up, but the creases are very easy to remove with an iron (not too hot). The colors have held up well so far after a couple of washings. Overall, these are a good value for the price.
