I just received this teapot yesterday and I’m already in love. I drink tea throughout the day and I’ve always relied on small ceramic tea pots that have mesh strainers. Unfortunately, my previous teapot had fragile bendable mesh strainers and they broke easily. This teapot has a sturdy metal strainer and is much more functional. I love the design and color too. Highly recommend for tea lovers!
The color, size and design are cute.This is perfect for everyday use.I opted for this instead of borosilicateglass because based on reviews, theglass pots crack fast, not just thehandle, the whole pot!At age 70 something, I've tiredof brewing 2 cups just for me ina large China pot or even a minipot. Making sure the tea balltop stays screwed on duringsteeping is tedious. Steepingin a mug & having to cover itwith a small plate also is a chore.No more!The metal top of this game changerstays open when filling the sturdy pot.Nice! The insert for loose tea and thepot itself are easy to clean. This smallpot brews 2 medium sized mugs, enoughto start my day stress free! When it'sjust you serving you, not a tea party,don't hesitate to buy this!
This works well for me. I don’t like to have tea bags in my cup. This holds about 2 cups which fills the mug I use for tea. Only 4 stars because the gasket rim on the lid doesn’t make a good seal, and the tea will come out the top if you pour at too much of an angle.
Fantastic little pot for loose leaf tea. Keeps it warm, has a nice matte finish up to $20 less than similar pots on amazon.
Great for small parties, I use it for my loose teas.
This is a great little tea pot. For me it’s 18 oz capacity is just the right amount for when I want to drink some of my green tea. I use a small 6oz tea cup and I can fill it 3 times and it’s still warm down to the end. The lid is very sturdy and very well attached. The pot is solid and thick enough that it keeps the tea hot for quite a while. Also the pot pours easily with our dripping. The pot is well designed such that it won’t tip over easily.
