Bigger cakes, solid pans
I feel like most cake pans are 8 inches, but these are 9 inches, so it’s nice to be able to make a bigger cake, or thinner layers. They’re stainless steel and very sturdy, so these are real quality pans that are going to last a long time. They don’t bend or warp, and hold their shape when full of cake batter. I like the fact that these are stainless and don’t have a dark coating, because most recipes require you to change cooking times if you’re using a dark pan. So far, these work well using the recommended time, without having to adjust, or burning. I always use baking spray and/or parchment paper, so I’ve had no problem with anything sticking to these pans, which also makes cleanup very easy. I put them in the dishwasher and they came out sparkling, with no water spots, and still the same shape as when they went in. I like that even though these are 9 inch pans, they still have high side walls, so you could choose to make a shallow, thin cake, or a taller cake, and it will still hold enough batter to not drip over the sides. The only criticism to these pans would be that they are not really stackable, but that is just being nit-picky, and definitely not worth removing even a half a star. These pans are solid and worth every penny.

I was surprisingly impressed by how sturdy they are for the price! Very durable and nice quality, I have several name brand stainless pieces..different lines of cuisinart, caraway and random others. I would compare these to cuisinart mid grade, not a bad thing, but would definitely follow their advice to grease the sides first or parchment. I hand wash most of my stainless for longevity purposes and not trusting my dishwasher, so I can’t speak on that. I do like that I don’t have to worry about any harmful chemicals getting into my family’s food, and appreciate that they’re affordable enough to not feel nervous about using them for a craft with my kids. These are definitely a great buy! I want to add it is a very strong material, feels like they’ll hold up for a long time and definitely not flimsy.

Nice quality
These cake pans are a nice weight, and appear to be very sturdy; they don’t look or feel cheap. I did run one of these through the dishwasher and it looked good as new afterward. The other pan I washed by hand and it didn’t require extra effort to clean. I do recommend not scrubbing with anything too abrasive, just to preserve the smooth finish. I ordered the 7 inch pans, which are a bit smaller than the typical 8 or 9 inch pans, and so the baking time is a tiny bit different, but didn’t notice any drastic adjustments needed.

High end thick durable stainless steel pans
So these pans are made very well they have a nice finish they're thick and durable 0.7 mm thick in fact. Each pan measures a little bit over 9 in at the top with the lip, the depths of each pan is 1.75 in. They're all stainless steel so they're dishwasher safe and should clean up really easily keep in mind that in the oven stainless steel will transfer heat faster than glass or cast iron take that into account in your recipes maybe drop the temperature a little. Great deal on a two pack of very high-end cake pans were very happy with them.
